What time do most of your signals get broadcast?
Our traders monitor the markets 24 hours a day to find low risk and potentially profitable trades. There is not a specific rule for the time of day that we send out signals, but as the market is most volatile during the London and New York sessions a majority of our trading activity occurs during these periods.
Do you place market orders or pending orders?
Both. Our order execution can and will vary depending on price levels that we’ve identified as well as price action as it unfolds during active trading sessions. Our signals consist of both market and pending orders, though we are very mindful in both cases to send the signal immediately (especially with orders at market) so that you are able to maximize the opportunity. In some cases, it is inevitable that you will not be able to enter the market at the exact price of our signal. Often times market prices will vary from broker to broker. While this is true, it is also true that on occasion you may have the opportunity to enter trades based off of our signals at an even better rate than FaholoFX traders.
Do you accept payments other than PayPal?
At this time we are only accepting PayPal. If you happen to live in a region where PayPal is not available we do apologize, but for our safety and the safety of our clients we opted to use the largest and most secure online 3rd party payment processor available.
Is payment information secure with FaholoFX?
FaholoFX uses PayPal as our payment processor. When you choose to subscribe to our service you are redirected to the PayPal site to conduct your financial transaction. At no time does FaholoFX have access to your credit card or PayPal account information. PayPal uses the best encryption methods available making your online payment as safe as possible.
How are signals delivered?
Currently FaholoFX.com uses a private Twitter account (viewable only by clients that are authorized). Twitter also allows some SMS functionality for certain regions which can be configured to have Twitter send an SMS directly to your phone whenever we send out a Tweet. We are currently exploring other SMS and/or email options for added convenience to our clients. If you would like to express your interest in email or sms alerts please send a short email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have any questions that were not answered here, please email them directly to us: email@example.com.
